Do you need Protein Supplements to grow your muscles? To build muscles?!?

Answer: No.

Why: Protein supplement is a "Supplement" a product taken orally that contains one or more ingredients (such as vitamins or amino acids) that are intended to supplement one's diet and are not considered food
You do not need protein supplement to build muscle. Protein supplement is an easier, convenient way of reaching your protein quota. It is actually better off consuming whole foods to reach your quota rather than using supplements. Whole foods contains more vitamins, minerals & fats, carbs, protein, etc. It nourishes our bodies in a better way.
If you cannot afford whole foods (bodybuilding foods), protein supplement is a good way to get in your protein. It is affordable, so yes it's worth buying.

If you know what to eat, you do not need ANY supplements in your diet.

Stretching in my experience is beneficial for  numerous of reasons. For one, it wakes me up. It's a wake up call for my muscles; Flexing every muscle upon wakening up is considered "stretching," you're pumping blood into the muscles so they can work more efficiently. I wake up every morning with a good stretch, neck to feet, stretching them hard as I can. Then later on, I'll adjust my spine. The spine is always under constant pressure, so I recommend to you people to decompress your spine regularly. Secondly, it help with my posture. My posture isn't that bad, but could be improved. Stretching allows me to focus on my spine and keep it straight at all times.
Thirdly, it helps me sleep, & relax better. When my joints are tighten up, body stiff, I'm uncomfortable, but when I stretch, it'll help relieve all that, making my body at ease.

I also found out that whenever you're mad, angry, depress, sad, etc, Stretch hard as you can, it'll help relieve the emotions somewhat (imo)

Stretching is a good way to relieve pain, prevent pain, get your muscles to activate, help tissues repair/recover. It also improves Increased flexibility and range of motion.

I'd recommend for you people to stretch throughout the day, to give the muscles that aren't (or barley) being used to pump blood into that area; Also, it helps strengthens the muscles, helps maintain a good posture and it helps with your well-being. You'll feel better about yourself.

Belly fat is a pocket of fat, a storage place/unit. It affects majority of humans, having a oversized tummy because of poor nutrition and not exercising regularly. To reduce / decrease / get rid of belly fat, you must be strict on yourself, and be dedicated. You have to eat healthy and workout intensely. If you're not putting maximum effort into those two things, you're not going to see belly fat loss. The nutrition based needs to be strict and on point; staying consistent on your diet will result in fat loss/belly fat loss and working out hard will help increase the fat loss. I also explain lil more in the video. Enjoy

Importance of Supplements

Aids in Recovery, Macro Intake, maintaining losing or gaining weight or fat, reaching quotas.

Why it's Ideal:
Protein intake is vital for everyone, especially if you're damaging your muscles. Without the proper intake of protein, the progress of gains will be slowed. A proper amount of protein intake is ideal for maximum results. This is when supplementation's are ideal. If you have a goal of protein intake and cannot consume enough by eating "WHOLE FOODS" then supplementing your meals with protein shakes and/or mass gainers will aid in protein intake and other macro/nutrients.
Not only it's ideal for protein & other muscle-healing properties, but supplementation for Greens is also ideal. Not a lot of people eat enough vegetables in their diet; so replacing that with Supplement green Drinks are perfect. To get the best results, you need to know the quota/goal of what you need to be intaking on the daily basis. Everyone is different, not everyone is going to react the same.

Don't Eliminate Whole Foods

Just because supplements sounds great for dieting (and they are) but do not stop eating whole foods as a source of macro and nutrient intake. Whole food consumption shows to be better because whole foods has more vitamins, minerals and nutrients that our body needs rather than strict macro and nutrients which supplement's have. Occasionally, I'd recommend supplementing meals if it's really necessary.

Supplements has aided me in my protein intake, and for other reasons. Supplementation is only ideal when or if you cannot reach your quota or wanting more of an intake of a particular reason and that can be:

  1. Protein intake - It is vital for repair/healing.
  2. "Mass-Gainer" helps with putting on weight.
  3. Reducing or maintaining weight.
Supplementing meals can reduce your weight as calories are being dropped. Many people do this as a method of fat loss.

Cheat Meals / Cheat Days - Dieting methods

This will help with your diet plan; Staying on Track
In my fitness journey, I've researched the benefits of cheat days/meals. I found it very effective to stay within your diet - maintaining it. Cheating on your diet once/twice a week is beneficial to everyone, it's also rewarding.

Watch my video on Cheat Days/Meals

In this video, I explain what is a "Cheat Day" and "Cheat Meal." (Also known as: Refeed day, etc) These are two different shocking methods to increase fat loss, etc. It is very beneficial to us to use this method. I have experience with this method so i'm sharing with you guys my experience(s) on cheat meals & cheat days. Cheat meals is basically when you're cheating on your diet with a meal, one course meal; it can be anything: donuts, junk food, etc. A cheat day is when you're cheating on your diet throughout the day; having anything but don't go overboard.

Why is Cheat Meals and Cheat Days Useful:
This method of dieting is beneficial because a lot of people have trouble staying on track and they lose their commitment. This will ensure the safety of your dieting; giving you, what you want in your diet to satisfy yourself. You're 'rewarding' yourself for staying on your diet for "X" amount of time. I recommend cheat meals or cheat days once a week. To much of taking breaks on your diet isn't considered a  'Diet.' Reward yourself if necessary or if you're reaching your goals.
