Belly fat is a pocket of fat, a storage place/unit. It affects majority of humans, having a oversized tummy because of poor nutrition and not exercising regularly. To reduce / decrease / get rid of belly fat, you must be strict on yourself, and be dedicated. You have to eat healthy and workout intensely. If you're not putting maximum effort into those two things, you're not going to see belly fat loss. The nutrition based needs to be strict and on point; staying consistent on your diet will result in fat loss/belly fat loss and working out hard will help increase the fat loss.
