Nutritional Value Shakes

Homemade Mass Gainer Shakes

In my previous post, "Easy Weight Gain" I mentioned Homemade Mass gainer shakes. I'm sharing my shake creations with you people so you can start gaining weight easily. My shakes contain nutritional food, berries, nuts. Very useful for the body, friendly for building muscle and fat.

Mass gainer shakes are the way to go if you're busy all the time, have no time to make food, don't know how to prepare/cook food, easier way to consume calories, wanting a change, more nutrients, etc. Mass gainer shakes can be reduced to weight loss shakes but that's a different topic.

Shake Creations:
There's no secrets when it  comes to shake creations. It's all about balancing -  what you're going to add in it. I add in nutritional value foods that will help promote an healthy living for myself. Berries, nuts, greens, protein, Carbs and fats in my shakes will provide me the most out of it. Healthy Macro and Micronutrients are being consumed. The berries, nuts, greens, etc are important for recovery, anti-inflammation, and much more.

To begin, you need a blender. I recommend using the Ninja Blender. I myself like it a lot.

Blending any type of food up to a liquid base is easier to consume. If you're wanting to gain weight quickly over a short period of time, consider shakes.

The * indicates that, that particular food can be replaced with an alt. For example, Milk. Milk can be replaced by water or skim milk, or any other milk products. Eggs can be replaced or not added.

OMAD Conclusion (One Meal A Day)

My Conclusion on OMAD (One Meal A Day)@Delicatenutrition

Before I started OMAD, I had to think of why I was doing it. People saw benefits from eating once a day and I wanted to see results from it. OMAD is a 23:1 Ratio, meaning you only eat ONCE Per day. There's countless of benefits or reasons why people eat once a day. Some reasons are health benefits, eating restrictions, dieting, improving body fat burn (FAT LOSS) and much more. I wanted to perform OMAD to see if thus was true.

Mike Rashid Actually
Inspired me to Do the OMAD [lifestyle]
"There’s high level athletes like Rhonda Rousey, and Herschel Walker that has been eating this way for years. We eat a lot more than what we need in this country.. I’ve been training and eating this way for some time, and I promise, I feel so much better eating this way.. And my mind thinks a lot more clear." Here's a Video that got me thinking

After couple of weeks eating once per day, I noticed changes, a lot of changes. My energy…

Wheelchair Weight Loss Tips   How to Lose Weight in a WheelchairFrom a Chubby Boy to Being a Shredded, 6 pack Abs, in A Wheelchair ♿I wasborn with a disease that put me in a wheelchair. Being a wheelchair user is hard to go about losing weight because we are limited, meaning, it is harder for us to get some type of physical exercise in depending on your condition. Physical exercise is one of the requirements in order to lose weight. Personally, depending on your situation, that should not be an excuse to be overweight or underweight; You must be disciplined and committed if you are serious about losing weight and staying lean!

Duringmy childhood, I was kinda fat, I'd say. Everyone was grabbing my cheeks, just like you see it everywhere with babies (and kids with chubby cheeks 😋), I wasn't annoyed by it at all until I realized I am [overweight]. I saw that I had a fat pack under my chin/my neck area, my stomach was bulged out, and I knew my body was not liking it. I did not ca…

Good Calories Vs Bad Calories

Good CaloriesVsBad Calories 💣
If you're trying to focus on weight management, understand nutrition and what food contains what.
In this day in age, a lot of people are going out to grab a quick meal, no biggie right? But those meals may contain a lot of unnecessary calories - packed with [excess] carbs, sugar, sodium, and more. With all these excessive additives, you're in the danger zone to gain weight. The reason why people gain weight so easily is because they don't manage there intake of macro's. Fats, carbs, and protein. To much of Carbs throughout the day along with sugar will definitely make you fat as well as too much of fats - anything of too much will make you fat. Food isn't always to blame when you're gaining fat, you may have to blame yourself for it. People who doesn't exercise on the daily basis will be unhealthier than most people and probably will have more fat than others (since they're not active), eating [healthy] might make you fat to…
